About the Survalyzer integration
This connection runs through Zapier. Interview Completed can trigger Send SMS to a research coordinator, while Request Approved can trigger Send SMS to List for the team managing the study. Member Created can also trigger Create Contact in Mobile Message, and OptOutCreated can trigger Add Unsubscribe when a participant opts out of messages. Survalyzer remains the place for survey operations, panels and interviews. Mobile Message performs the selected contact or SMS action. Because each Zap is built around one event and one action, you can keep participant reminders separate from internal notifications and consent handling. Use the available survey information to personalise messages appropriately and follow your own permission requirements.
