Operators who turn Google Forms into SuprForms conversations often want a quick response when a new form entry arrives. A submitted form can contain a lead, booking request or service question, but relying on someone to check the responses can slow the first reply. An SMS can make the new response visible while the details are still current.

Through Zapier, SuprForms can trigger Mobile Message when a new form response is created. Mobile Message can send an SMS, create a contact, update a contact or add a contact to a list. You can pass the respondent’s phone number and selected form answers into the message, or create a record for the team before a conversation continues through SuprForms.

This connection adds an SMS step to the form process rather than replacing SuprForms or copying an entire conversation into Mobile Message. A Zap can alert a team member about a new response, send an acknowledgement to the respondent when appropriate, or place a qualified contact into a selected SMS list. Configure each outcome separately so the message matches the form’s purpose.
