Through Zapier, the StayFi trigger can start Mobile Message Send SMS, Create Contact, Send SMS to List or Add Contact to List. You might send arrival information to the guest, create a record for the guest’s mobile number or place the person on a list for an appropriate later message. The available StayFi list includes a trigger only, so StayFi does not receive a reply through an app action here.
This is a focused guest-login workflow rather than a two-way integration. Make sure the guest has agreed to the messages you intend to send, and keep the welcome text useful. Map property or booking details only when they are available from the StayFi event.
