Spacio can pass a New Lead event to Mobile Message through Zapier, giving the agent a way to send a prompt SMS while the visit is still recent.

Use the lead details available from Spacio to thank the visitor, share a next step or invite a reply. Mobile Message can send an SMS to the lead, create a contact for later use or add that person to a list for a particular property or campaign. You can also use Delivery Status Updated to create a record of delivery in a system that supports a suitable action, although Spacio has no listed actions for receiving that event.

Because Spacio only provides New Lead as a trigger, the useful pattern is an open-house lead to Mobile Message notification. It does not update Spacio from an SMS or imply that lead records are synchronised. Set up the workflow in Zapier and decide which lead fields belong in the message before switching it on.
