Snappr can notify a Zap when a booking is completed or when a workflow finishes, allowing Mobile Message to send a concise SMS while the booking is still fresh. This avoids a staff member checking Snappr, copying a phone number, and writing the same update manually.

Use Completed Booking to send a confirmation or preparation reminder after a shoot is marked complete. When Workflow Is Completed can send the next customer-facing instruction after a Snappr workflow finishes. In the other direction, an inbound SMS can trigger Snappr's Trigger a Workflow action, which gives your team a way to start a defined workflow from a customer text. Snappr also offers Create Booking and Trigger Scheduling Flow when another system supplies the booking information. These are separate Zapier workflows, so choose the event and outcome that match your operating process.
