Smore SMS Integration

Teams using Smore often collect useful survey or quiz responses but still rely on someone to notice each submission and follow up. That delay can make a customer feel ignored, especially when the form was used to request contact or support. Smore can send a New Response event when a response is submitted, giving the workflow a clear starting point.

Through Zapier, a Smore response can prompt Mobile Message to send an SMS, create a contact or add a contact to a list. A response requesting a call could receive an acknowledgement, while a respondent can be created in Mobile Message for a later communication process. A list can separate respondents from a particular survey where the required permission has been collected. The Zap can use response fields to personalise the plain text message, while Smore continues to manage the form and quiz. This is a practical event-to-action connection through Zapier, not a native two-way sync between Smore and Mobile Message.
