SlapFive SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with SlapFive!
SlapFive provides triggers for content shares, stories, activities, members, requests and boards, along with actions such as Create Activity, Create Request, Create Story and Create or Update Member. The most direct outcome is an SMS from a SlapFive event. You can also use Inbound SMS Received from Mobile Message to create a SlapFive activity when a customer texts your number, giving the team a record in the system they check. These are separate Zaps, not two-way synchronisation.
Set up the workflows in Zapier, map the relevant SlapFive fields, and choose the Mobile Message action or SlapFive action. Keep the message focused on the action someone should take next.
