Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with SlapFive!

A customer views shared SlapFive content and the next advocacy step can easily be forgotten. A Zap can use New Content View to send an SMS through Mobile Message, prompting a team member to follow up while the interaction is recent. The same approach can notify an operator when a new request, activity or member appears in SlapFive.

SlapFive provides triggers for content shares, stories, activities, members, requests and boards, along with actions such as Create Activity, Create Request, Create Story and Create or Update Member. The most direct outcome is an SMS from a SlapFive event.
