Digital signage teams often need to know when content or playback events require attention, but monitoring screens across multiple locations can take time. Signagelive’s New Webhook Notification can send Zapier a selected event from its webhook settings. New Proof of Play RTE can also report when a supported player sends a proof of play event.

Through Zapier, either Signagelive event can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. Alert a technician when a chosen webhook event arrives, notify a manager about proof of play activity, or send an internal message with the location and event details available from Signagelive. This gives people a direct notification without requiring them to watch the signage dashboard.

The workflow is deliberately event based. Signagelive starts the Zap and Mobile Message sends the configured plain text message. It does not manage screens, alter Signagelive content or create a two-way status feed. Teams can choose the events that matter and set different recipients or message wording for each Zap.
