Feedback teams using SightMill may notice that a survey response arrives after the moment when a customer was most engaged. A manual chase can delay a follow-up with an unhappy respondent, while positive feedback may never reach the person who should see it. Mobile Message can add a timely SMS step to the feedback process.

SightMill’s Get Survey trigger can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action through Zapier. Use the available survey information to alert a service manager, invite a suitable respondent to continue the conversation, or confirm that feedback has been received. You can also create a contact in Mobile Message or add a person to a list when the survey event supplies the required details.

Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can run SightMill’s Send SMS Survey action in a separate Zap. This can let an incoming text start a survey invitation workflow where that is appropriate. SightMill also offers Send Email Survey, which can be used as the response to an inbound SMS when email is the better channel.

These are defined workflows rather than a native two-way integration. Check consent before sending survey invitations, and keep SMS wording short so the recipient knows why they are being contacted.
