Someone has completed every question in a Showroom poll, conversational form or educational test. The result is now available, but the person who needs to act on it may not be watching the Showroom account. A text notification can make the completion visible quickly, especially when the response needs a prompt call or review.

Use Showroom’s Completion trigger to start Mobile Message Send SMS. The message can include the respondent’s details, completion time and selected answers when those fields are available. It could alert a staff member that a form has been completed or acknowledge the respondent with a short follow-up. Send SMS to List is also available when a team group should receive the same notice.

This workflow is event-based rather than a shared response system. Showroom supplies the completed response and Mobile Message sends the SMS through Zapier. It gives your team a practical alert without requiring someone to check every response manually.
