A form submission in Sendpoint.io can contain a useful phone number, but a busy team may not see it until much later. All Submissions can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message for every Sendpoint form, while New Form Submission can target one specific form. That makes the response fit the way your forms are organised.

A text can confirm that a request arrived, tell someone when to expect contact or provide a short next instruction. Mobile Message's Send SMS action is designed for an individual submission, and Send SMS to List can notify a defined group when a submission should reach several people. Create Contact can also store the submitted person in Mobile Message for future use.

Sendpoint.io provides triggers only, so the useful direction is from a form event into Mobile Message. The connection is made through Zapier, where you select the form trigger and map the submitted fields to the SMS step. An inbound SMS received by Mobile Message cannot create a Sendpoint record because Sendpoint.io does not provide an action for that purpose.
