Secretaría.es SMS Integration

A callnote or voicemail arrives while you are serving another caller, driving between appointments or handling an urgent job. Secretaría.es can provide a Generation of the Callnote or Voicemail event, but the notification may still wait in a queue until someone checks it. A Zap can send that event to Mobile Message so the right person receives a prompt SMS.

Use the text to alert a team member that a callnote or voicemail needs attention, include the caller details available from Secretaría.es and set out the next action. You can also create a Mobile Message contact when the event contains a suitable phone number, giving the team a record to review. An inbound SMS can be useful as a separate workflow that sends a message back into Secretaría.es only where its available action set supports one, but this app supplies no actions, so the useful direction here is from Secretaría.es to Mobile Message.

The connection is configured through Zapier. Select the callnote or voicemail trigger, map the event fields and choose Send SMS or Create Contact in Mobile Message. No code is required, and you can decide which call types should create an alert.
