When Mobile Message reports a delivery status update showing a text failed, that update can trigger SAMWAD to send the same message as a WhatsApp message instead, so the customer still gets the information even if their number can't receive the text or has blocked SMS from unknown senders. The same link works for inbound replies too, so when a customer texts in, that reply can trigger a WhatsApp template message back with more detail than a plain text allows, such as a longer explanation or a full set of instructions.
