Rubypayeur SMS Integration

You are monitoring an important customer or supplier in Rubypayeur when an alert concerning that company appears. Instead of leaving the alert in a dashboard for someone to discover later, you can send a prompt SMS to the person responsible for the account. Through Zapier, Rubypayeur’s Monitor a Company trigger can start Mobile Message actions.

The trigger can support practical notifications about a company under monitoring. For example, an account manager can receive a text to review the alert, or a nominated customer contact can be sent a carefully worded follow-up. Mobile Message can send the SMS, create a contact or add a contact to a list, depending on how you want the recipient handled. Rubypayeur’s Find a Company actions can also be used in a wider Zap to retrieve company data and set monitoring before a later alert is acted on.

This is a notification workflow, not a two-way data sync. Rubypayeur supplies the monitoring event, and Mobile Message performs the chosen SMS or contact action after your Zapier rules have been applied.
