Loyalty teams using Reward Sciences want a participant to feel recognised at the moment an action earns value. A new conversion or redemption can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier, so the customer receives a confirmation while the activity is still relevant. A new participant can also begin contact preparation for future loyalty communication.

Use New Conversion to send a short recognition message, or use New Redemption to confirm that a reward has been claimed. Mobile Message can send to an individual or a list, create a contact, and add a contact to a list. These actions let you choose whether the message is personal or whether a selected loyalty audience should receive it.

Reward Sciences also includes Track Activity. An Inbound SMS Received event can trigger that action when a participant texts a keyword or other agreed response, provided the Zap has the information needed to identify the participant and activity. Delivery Status Updated can similarly record a loyalty activity when a message reaches its delivery outcome. The workflow is configured in Zapier and remains one-directional for each Zap.
