LocalImpact can start a Zap when a new review is received, while Mobile Message can send a plain text alert to the team member responsible for follow-up. That removes a manual check of the review dashboard and makes new feedback visible sooner.

LocalImpact also offers Request Review as an action, which can send a review request by email or SMS. A Mobile Message inbound SMS can therefore trigger a LocalImpact review request when that fits the available fields and process. The connection runs through Zapier, with each workflow moving in one direction. It does not synchronise review records or create a native two-way link between the platforms. Choose the review event, recipient and message content carefully, and add filters if only selected reviews should produce an alert.
