A new poll answer arrives, and the value is most useful when the respondent receives a timely next step. Rétine can trigger a Zap when New Answer is submitted. Mobile Message can then send an SMS, create a contact, or add the respondent to a list, so the response can lead directly to an acknowledgement or follow-up.

This is useful for polls that collect interest, feedback or a request for contact. The Zap can use the answer and respondent details available from Rétine to personalise a short message. You might thank someone for responding, notify them about what happens next, or place a suitable respondent into a Mobile Message list for later communication.

The connection runs through Zapier and joins one Rétine trigger to one Mobile Message action. It is not a two-way sync. Make sure the poll collects a valid mobile number and that respondents have agreed to receive the relevant SMS messages.
