Teams using RepliQ often wait for a video or other personalised process to finish before telling a customer or colleague what happens next. RepliQ can notify Zapier through Process Finished. That event can trigger a Mobile Message text, create a contact or add someone to a list, using the process details available in the completed event.

Through Zapier, Process Finished can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List. You can tell a recipient that the RepliQ process is complete, retain their details for follow-up or add them to a selected list. The SMS itself is plain text, while RepliQ continues to handle its own generated content.

This connection is useful when completion needs a visible mobile notification rather than another manual check. It does not send RepliQ videos or images through Mobile Message. Set the message and recipient mapping in Zapier, and make sure the completed process provides a suitable mobile number.
