Rentometer SMS Integration

A property manager pulls up comparable rents for a listing before deciding what to charge, then needs to get that number in front of a landlord or a waiting tenant fast rather than emailing it into an inbox that won't be checked until tomorrow morning. A phone call is one option, but it means catching someone at their desk at the right moment, and a missed call just becomes one more thing to chase later in the day.

Rentometer's own Zapier app doesn't currently list a trigger or action to connect automatically, so there isn't yet a direct Zap between a Rentometer lookup and a Mobile Message text. The rent comparison itself still has to be pulled up and read in Rentometer the way it always has been, with no automatic hand off out of the tool at this stage.

What still works is using the rent figures gathered in Rentometer inside a separate Zap built around another trigger, such as a new lead or a new form submission, with Mobile Message's Send SMS action texting the number straight to the person waiting on it. The rent lookup stays a manual step for now, but the follow up message that used to mean a phone call or a forgotten email no longer has to be typed out by hand each time.
