Teams using Reduct may publish a reel, create a highlight or finish transcribing a recording while the people responsible for review are elsewhere. If those events depend on someone checking the platform, a useful piece of content can wait before it reaches the next person. A simple SMS alert gives the team a prompt to act.

Through Zapier, Reduct’s Published Reels, Highlights and Recordings triggers can start Mobile Message Send SMS. The message can identify the reel, highlight or completed transcript and direct the recipient to Reduct for review. Comments can also trigger a text when a new comment is left on a highlight, which is useful for editorial or client feedback. Mobile Message only sends the notification. It does not edit, publish or store Reduct content through the available actions. Keep alerts selective so important work is noticed without creating unnecessary interruptions.
