Can customer text replies feed into a Rargus analysis?

Yes. Connect Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger to Rargus's Create Analysis action through Zapier. Every time a customer replies by SMS, the Zap can send that reply into Rargus and start a new analysis, so feedback that arrived as a text still ends up in the same place as everything else.

Does this work for any SMS reply, or only certain ones?

The Zap runs on every inbound text Mobile Message receives once it's switched on, so any reply can start a new analysis in Rargus. If you only want certain replies included, you can add a filter step inside Zapier before the Rargus action runs.

What's involved in setting up Mobile Message with Rargus?

You'll need a Mobile Message account, a Rargus account and a Zapier account to bridge them. Nothing needs to be coded, you select the Inbound SMS Received trigger and the Create Analysis action inside Zapier, then turn the Zap on after checking a test run.
