A quiz lead can show clear interest in a product or service, but a manual follow-up may wait until someone reviews the results. By then, the person may have moved on or forgotten why they shared their details. Copying quiz information into a contact list and writing a first response also creates unnecessary work for the sales team.

With Zapier, Quizitri's New Form Submission or New Form Submission From Specific Quiz trigger can run Mobile Message's Send SMS action. The message can acknowledge the submission, refer to the selected quiz and provide a relevant next step using the information collected. Either trigger can also run Create Contact or Add Contact to List, so the lead can be recorded for later communication. A specific quiz trigger is useful when different quizzes need different wording or audiences.

Each Zap starts with one Quizitri submission and completes one Mobile Message action. It does not imply a two-way sync between the apps. Keep the SMS plain text, personalise it with mapped answers where appropriate and ensure the recipient has agreed to receive messages. This gives lead owners a prompt response while the quiz interaction is still recent.
