If respondents volunteer their mobile number and have agreed to further contact, the same trigger can create a Mobile Message contact or add one to a suitable list.

QuickTapSurvey works offline, so the Zap runs when the response reaches the service and becomes available to Zapier. This connection does not send information back into the survey app. Test the fields that arrive after an offline collection session, keep sensitive comments out of the SMS and use filters when only certain responses need immediate attention.
