A form or survey response can arrive while the person responsible for follow-up is away from their desk. QuestionScout captures the response, but a useful next step may still depend on somebody checking the submission and deciding who should respond. That delay can matter when a form is being used for a sales lead, service request or time-sensitive customer feedback.

Through Zapier, QuestionScout can send its New Submission event to Mobile Message. Mobile Message can then send an SMS to a nominated staff member, create a contact from the submitted details or add an existing contact to a list. The message can include the response information available in the workflow, so the recipient knows why the submission needs attention.

QuestionScout offers one trigger and no actions here, so the connection is deliberately simple. It does not send information back into the form system. Instead, it turns each selected submission into a visible Mobile Message alert or contact action without requiring your team to watch QuestionScout continually.
