Survey responses can arrive while a product, support or research team is focused on other work, making useful feedback easy to leave unattended. Qualaroo provides the New Response trigger when a survey receives a response, along with Survey Created, Survey Activated and Survey Deactivated events. Through Zapier, a selected event can send a plain text SMS with Mobile Message or activate a defined Qualaroo survey action.

A new response can alert a researcher to review feedback, while Survey Activated can notify an internal owner that a survey is ready. Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can also trigger Qualaroo Activate Survey or Deactivate Survey when a text-based operating process supplies the required survey information. This gives a team a practical notification or control route without manual checking.

Choose filters carefully so only important responses or surveys create messages. Include the survey name and available response details in the SMS, while keeping sensitive feedback out of unnecessary notifications. The connection runs through Zapier as individual workflows, not as a general two-way survey synchronisation.
