Watching a phone for every customer reply and then opening Qalcwise by hand to run the right app wastes time that could go into the logic itself. A text comes in from a customer, and until someone notices it and starts the process manually, nothing happens on the Qalcwise side at all, no matter how good the app behind it is. The same goes for a failed delivery that nobody flags until a customer complains it never arrived.

This connection uses Zapier to link Mobile Message's SMS triggers to Qalcwise's actions, so a reply or a delivery status update can run an app automatically. Inbound SMS Received can trigger Run App the moment a customer texts in, and Delivery Status Updated can trigger Execute Action On App to handle a failed send on an app you've already built and know the app id for. Nobody needs to check a phone before Qalcwise gets to work, and the custom logic runs the moment the event happens rather than whenever someone gets around to it.
