Publica SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Publica!
A New Issue event can also Create Contact or Add Contact to List in Mobile Message when a reader's details are included in the event. If a customer texts a Mobile Message number, the Inbound SMS Received trigger can run Publica's Create Issue action, which may suit an internal request to prepare a new digital issue. These are separate one-directional automations, not a shared subscriber database.
The connection is made through Zapier. Map the relevant customer number, issue title and publication details, write the SMS in plain text, and test before enabling the workflow. Publica and Mobile Message each retain their own records while Zapier passes the fields required for the selected action.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.
