About the Proofly integration
A text can acknowledge the lead, provide a next step or invite the person to continue the conversation. The message remains plain text and can use the phone number and lead details passed from Proofly. You can also create a Mobile Message contact or add the person to a list, depending on how your team manages later communications. Proofly's Create Conversion action can be used in the other direction when an inbound SMS should be recorded as an external lead or conversion.
These are separate workflows rather than a shared record system. Proofly continues to show social proof notifications, while Mobile Message handles the customer-facing SMS selected in Zapier.

Yes. Inbound SMS Received can trigger Proofly's Create Conversion action. This can add the external lead or conversion to a Proofly notification using the information available in the Zap.
How do I set up Proofly lead texts?
Choose Proofly and Mobile Message in Zapier, select Lead Collected and the required SMS action, map the lead fields and test. No code is required, but accounts for both services and Zapier are needed.
