Promotion Vault SMS Integration

A referral only counts if someone actually logs it, and in a lot of reward programmes that step still depends on a person remembering to do it after the fact. Promotion Vault tracks eligible recipients, employees and qualifying actions in one place, and connecting it to Mobile Message through Zapier means a text reply can do that logging the moment it happens, rather than waiting for someone to update the system later.

A customer replying to a text can be added as an eligible recipient to a promotion straight away, or the same reply can log the action that qualifies them as a referrer, without anyone opening Promotion Vault to enter it by hand. A new starter who texts back their details can be added or updated in Employee Vault the same way, so the record is current before their first shift, and a customer asking to redeem a reward can have a quick send sent out from Promotion Vault in response.

None of this depends on someone remembering to check a phone for messages and then go and update Promotion Vault separately. The reply itself becomes the update, which matters most for programmes running on volume, where a missed log is a referral or reward that never gets paid out.
