A contact fills in a Plezi form for a useful piece of content, and your marketing team wants to respond while the interest is fresh. With Zapier, Contacts That Asked for Content can trigger a Mobile Message SMS, giving the person a concise next step or letting an adviser know a new lead needs attention. MQL Contacts is another useful starting point for a timely sales notification.

Plezi can also create or update a Mobile Message contact when Contacts Created fires. That keeps the selected contact available for SMS activity without requiring staff to copy details between systems. Contacts Recently Changed can trigger a message when a meaningful change in Plezi should reach a responsible person. Mobile Message actions include Send SMS, Send SMS to List and Create Contact, so you can choose an individual recipient or an internal group. The SMS is plain text and should be written for the fields available in the selected Plezi event. This is a Zapier connection, not a native two-way sync. Authorise both accounts, map the contact and message fields, test with sample data, and activate the Zaps that fit your consent and communication process.
