A customer redeems a Piggy voucher at the counter, and the moment is a natural opportunity to send a helpful loyalty message. Piggy can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier when a Voucher Redeemed, New Reward Reception or New Contact event occurs. That gives your team a direct way to acknowledge activity while the customer is engaged.

Send a text after a voucher is redeemed, create a new Piggy contact in Mobile Message or add a contact to a loyalty list. Contact Updated can also trigger an update to the Mobile Message record, while an inbound SMS can start Piggy Update Contact Attribute(s) when a reply needs to be recorded. You choose the fields and conditions in each Zap.

The connection is not a native, two-way integration. It is a collection of one-directional workflows that connect a Piggy event with one Mobile Message action, or a Mobile Message event with one Piggy action. That keeps the setup clear and lets you decide which loyalty moments deserve a text.
