Every new app response submitted in Peach can add that customer as a contact in Mobile Message, ready for the next campaign, or trigger an immediate text confirming their answer was received. When someone launches the Peach app for the first time, that moment can fire off a welcome text before they have even finished exploring the flow.

The connection works in the other direction too. A customer's text reply can trigger Peach's Send Template Message action, so a conversation that started as an SMS reply continues inside the templates and tracking Peach already has set up.
