Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Ortto!

When a customer record changes in Ortto, the marketing team may need to respond with a timely text rather than wait for a later campaign. A tag change, new activity or updated field can start a Zapier workflow that sends a Mobile Message SMS. This helps teams acknowledge a meaningful customer action while keeping the message tied to the record event that caused it.

Ortto’s New Record Created trigger can also notify a new contact, while the Create Activity action can record an SMS interaction after someone replies. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can run that Ortto action, using the received text and sender details as the activity data. Ortto’s Opt Out From SMS action can also be used in a workflow where a customer’s preference is captured elsewhere.

The connection is configured through Zapier and does not synchronise customer records or campaign history. It gives you selected event-based actions, with Ortto managing customer data and Mobile Message sending or receiving plain text messages.
