Mobile Message connects to Nvoip through Zapier so a failed delivery status can trigger a call from Nvoip in the same minute the SMS falls over, or push out an automated voice broadcast instead. When a customer does reply by text, that reply can start a WhatsApp message carrying the same information through a different channel. Between the phone call, the voice broadcast and the WhatsApp follow up, a message that never landed by SMS still has three more ways to reach someone before the moment is lost.

- Send Interactive Voice Broadcast — Send an automated voice message (voicebot) to a destination with the ability to receive user input via DTMF. The initial message is delivered as an audio file or TTS, and the system will play a follow-up audio message after receiving the user's response.

- Send SMS With Template — Send an SMS to a customer using a template created in the Nvoip Panel.

Yes. Mobile Message's delivery status updated trigger can start Nvoip's make call action, so a failed SMS turns into a phone call without anyone watching the delivery report. It works from Mobile Message into Nvoip, not the other way.
Can a customer's SMS reply trigger a WhatsApp message through Nvoip?
Yes. The inbound SMS received trigger can call Nvoip's send WhatsApp with HSM action, so as soon as a customer replies by text, a WhatsApp template message goes out through Nvoip on a separate channel.
