Nteraction delivers web-based content through personalised playlists for customers and staff. Zapier can carry selected events into Mobile Message, so teams can send an SMS or keep a contact record based on what happened.

Playlist Link Clicked can trigger Send SMS when a recipient shows interest in a specific resource. Contact Created can run Create Contact or Add Contact to List, while Playlist Shared can alert a team member that content has been passed on. Mobile Message actions can use the recipient details and playlist information available in the Nteraction event.
