Mixpanel SMS Integration

A customer replies to your SMS campaign at 9pm on a Sunday, long after anyone on the team is watching a dashboard. By Monday morning that reply has already told you something worth knowing, yet without a record of it in Mixpanel it never shows up next to the rest of the customer's activity, and whoever looks at that profile sees a gap where the SMS conversation should be.

Mobile Message can pass that moment straight through to Mixpanel via Zapier. An Inbound SMS Received event can trigger a Track Event action, logging the reply alongside every other interaction that customer has had with your product. A Delivery Status Updated event can do the same, so a message that bounced or landed shows up in your analytics rather than disappearing once it leaves the SMS platform. The same triggers can also update a Mixpanel profile through Create or Update Profile, keeping each customer's record current as their SMS activity changes and giving your product team one place to look.
