A viewer interacts with a Mindstamp video while your team is handling other work. That interaction can start a Zap, as can a new view or a viewer submitting their name, email, phone or custom ID. Mobile Message can use the event to send an SMS, create a contact, or add the viewer to a relevant list.

A New Lead trigger is particularly useful when a viewer supplies a phone number. You can send a welcome message or create a Mobile Message contact for later communications. New Interaction can prompt a short follow-up after someone selects an option in a video, while New View can support a simple acknowledgement when the viewing event itself matters to your process.
