MightyForms SMS Integration

A customer begins filling out a MightyForms form, then leaves before submitting it. An abandoned form can be easy to miss, while a completed submission may arrive alongside many other tasks. MightyForms can trigger a Zap for either event, allowing Mobile Message to send a carefully timed SMS or create a contact for follow-up.

This is useful for service providers, sales teams and organisations that collect leads through web forms. A New Submission event can send a confirmation or notify a team member, while an Abandoned Form event can prompt a person to return and finish, where the available contact details and consent make that appropriate. Mobile Message can also add a contact to a list for later communication.

The connection uses Zapier, with MightyForms providing the form event and Mobile Message handling the selected action. It is not a two-way form synchronisation. Instead, it gives your team a direct SMS step after a form is submitted or abandoned, without requiring someone to monitor the MightyForms dashboard constantly.
