Bad phone numbers are one of the quiet costs of running SMS campaigns, a mistyped digit or a landline entered into a mobile field means a message never lands and nobody notices until a customer says they never heard from you. mallabe's Validate Phone action checks a number before anything else happens with it, which is where pairing it with Mobile Message through Zapier earns its keep.

Rather than triggering mallabe on its own, the useful pattern is a three-step Zap, a form submission or a new lead starts things, mallabe validates the phone number in the middle, and only a properly formatted number reaches Mobile Message's Send SMS action.
