MadKudu SMS Integration

Sales teams lose hours each week deciding which lead to call first, and a pile of unscored enquiries makes that guesswork worse. MadKudu exists to remove that guesswork by scoring leads based on fit and behaviour, so a sales rep can see at a glance who is worth chasing today rather than working through a list in the order it arrived.

At the moment MadKudu doesn't publish its own Zapier triggers or actions, so there is no direct pairing to describe between a lead score changing and a text going out through Mobile Message. Businesses that want a scored lead to trigger an SMS typically need that signal to pass through their CRM or another app first, with the actual text sent from there.

That doesn't take away from what MadKudu is built to do. Getting the highest value leads in front of a rep faster is the whole point, and once that scoring lives inside a CRM most teams already use for calls and email, a text follow up becomes one more channel available through that system rather than through MadKudu directly, so nothing about the scoring itself has to change.
