Lob SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Lob!
Mobile Message connects to Lob through Zapier, so that text reply does not have to end as a note on someone's desk waiting for a spare moment. When a customer sends you a text message, that reply can trigger Lob's Send Letter action, putting a printed letter in the post automatically instead of waiting for the next office run to get around to it.
The same trigger can point at other Lob actions depending on what is being sent out. A text reply can set off the Send Postcard action for a shorter, cheaper mailer, or the Send Self-Mailer action when the business wants something that folds and mails without a separate envelope at all. Between the three, a single incoming text message can end with an actual piece of mail landing on a customer's doorstep days later, no separate mail run required from anyone on the team.
