Legendary Audio SMS Integration

A listener has activated a private podcast subscription and is ready to receive access information. Legendary Audio’s Listener Activates a Subscription event can start a Zap that sends a Mobile Message SMS, giving the listener a direct welcome or access reminder. This is a useful way to acknowledge the activation without relying on a team member to review subscriptions manually.

Listener Downloads a Specific Episode can trigger another message, such as a follow-up from the publisher or an invitation to continue listening. Mobile Message can also create the listener as a contact, update contact details, or add the person to a list when those fields are available. Legendary Audio provides Add Listener as an action. An inbound SMS can therefore start a workflow that adds a listener to a feed if the incoming information identifies the person and subscription correctly. Each direction is a separately configured Zapier automation. It does not imply that Legendary Audio and Mobile Message continuously share records or statuses.
