New Smart Product Purchase, New Member Added to SM and Member Completes Lesson in SM can start Zapier workflows that send SMS through Mobile Message. These events provide useful moments for confirmations, access guidance and encouragement.

A new product purchase can send a confirmation with the next step. A new membership can trigger a welcome message, while lesson completion can text a congratulations note or point to the next lesson. New Kyvio Asset Shared can also alert a team member when an asset has been distributed. Mobile Message can create the buyer or member as a contact for future communication.

Kyvio 2 continues to manage Smart Funnels, Smart Memberships and products. Mobile Message supplies SMS and contact actions, with Zapier carrying the selected information between the platforms. The available Kyvio action, Give Access to Smart Product, can also be started by an inbound SMS when an authorised request needs to grant product access. Each workflow is configured independently.
