Its Zapier trigger, getWorkflowData, retrieves workflow data by its ID, while Mobile Message can turn a useful result into a plain-text SMS. That can help a staff member receive a notification when a Kadoa workflow produces information worth checking.

For example, a Zap can retrieve a workflow result and send selected text to a nominated mobile number using Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. The message might contain a status, a key value or a link supplied by the workflow. Kadoa remains the data retrieval step, and Mobile Message remains the messaging step, so the information passed into the SMS should be selected and formatted in Zapier.

This connection is most useful when web data needs a quick human alert rather than another dashboard visit. It does not create a two-way data sync, and Kadoa’s supplied list does not include an action for writing information back. You will need a workflow ID and a clear SMS format before turning the Zap on.
