The submission can trigger an SMS with a next step, create or update a contact in involve.me, or create a Mobile Message contact for a messaging workflow. You can also add that contact to a Mobile Message list, so people from a particular funnel or campaign can be grouped for future communication. If a participant texts back, Inbound SMS Received can trigger involve.me’s Add Contact Tag action when the incoming information fits your tagging process.

This creates a focused handover from interactive content to direct contact. Choose the completed submission trigger, map the participant’s number and response fields, then write a plain text message that reflects the funnel. The Zap runs the selected action without claiming that the two platforms synchronise all contact data.
