InstaCharts SMS Integration

A new order lands in your Shopify store on a Friday afternoon and your small team wants the day's sales chart to reflect it before anyone asks how trading is going. Instead of updating a spreadsheet by hand, the order can add a row to your InstaCharts sheet and the chart behind it updates on its own, ready to text out.

InstaCharts sits in the middle of a Zap, turning raw events into chart data or into a link to a finished chart image, which is exactly what Mobile Message needs to send a useful text. A new paid order in Shopify can add a data row and then trigger a text to your operations group with a link to the refreshed chart. An overdue invoice in Xero can generate a chart image showing outstanding amounts, with that same link going out by SMS to whoever chases payments. A new form response in Google Forms can do the same for survey results, adding the answer as a row before a summary text goes to the team.

Inbound texts can feed the chart too. When a customer replies, that reply can add a row to a tracking sheet, so a simple count of responses builds up in InstaCharts without anyone opening the spreadsheet to type it in themselves.
