Informizely SMS Integration

Survey teams often wait for completed responses before deciding what deserves attention. That manual chase can delay a response to useful customer feedback, especially when a survey identifies a problem that someone should acknowledge promptly. Through Zapier, Informizely’s New Completed Survey Response trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS.

The alert might go to a customer care manager when a response is received, or to a nominated team member who reviews survey results. You can map the respondent’s phone number when appropriate and include selected response information in the plain text message. Informizely remains the place for analysing the survey, while Mobile Message provides the immediate notification.

This setup is useful when a completed response should create a visible task for a person rather than wait in a dashboard. It uses Zapier to pass one Informizely event to one Mobile Message action. There is no supplied Informizely action, so the connection does not write survey data back or maintain a two-way record sync.
