Client and proposal teams often need to act as soon as a decision is made, whether a proposal is accepted, lost or moved to awaiting acceptance. Ignition provides events such as Proposal Accepted, Proposal Completed and Service Accepted by Client, giving Mobile Message a clear way to notify a consultant or customer by SMS. This can reduce the delay between a proposal milestone and the next practical step.

Through Zapier, Ignition events can start Mobile Message Send SMS, Create Contact, Update Contact or Add Contact to List. A proposal acceptance can trigger a welcome text, while a lost proposal can alert the salesperson to follow up. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can also start Ignition’s Create Client, Create Deal or Update Client action when a text contains a request your team wants recorded.

Each workflow is defined separately, so this does not synchronise proposal records with Mobile Message. Choose the event that matches your process, map the right client details and keep customer-facing texts clear. The supplied Ignition triggers do not include payment confirmation, so avoid describing a payment as complete unless another step provides that information.
