Mobile Message connects to iFOLIO through Zapier, so a reply coming in by text can be the cue that sends a prospect exactly what they asked for, whether that is a proposal, a portfolio, or a pricing sheet packaged as an iFOLIO.

Because iFOLIO has no events of its own to start a Zap, the automation runs the other way around. An inbound text or a delivery status update from Mobile Message becomes the trigger, and iFOLIO's own actions do the sending, either a digital business card or a full iFOLIO delivered by email.
