When a new gift send is created in IEX by Imprint Engine, the recipient or the internal team may need an immediate update. Zapier can use New Sends to start a Mobile Message SMS with the send details, a short thank you or instructions for what happens next. This suits teams coordinating offline brand experiences where a timely text adds a personal touch after a send is arranged.

The IEX actions Create Send and Create Scheduled Send can also sit earlier in a wider Zapier process. They create a gift send in the Bluebird system, while Mobile Message provides the visible SMS step when a suitable IEX event occurs. You can include the recipient’s name, a reference or a contact path in the message, provided those fields are available to the Zap.

This connection is configured through Zapier. It does not suggest that IEX and Mobile Message update one another automatically. Instead, it gives your fulfilment or client service process a clear notification step attached to New Sends.
