About the IEX by Imprint Engine integration

When a new gift send is created in IEX by Imprint Engine, the recipient or the internal team may need an immediate update. Zapier can use New Sends to start a Mobile Message SMS with the send details, a short thank you or instructions for what happens next. This suits teams coordinating offline brand experiences where a timely text adds a personal touch after a send is arranged.

The IEX actions Create Send and Create Scheduled Send can also sit earlier in a wider Zapier process. They create a gift send in the Bluebird system, while Mobile Message provides the visible SMS step when a suitable IEX event occurs. You can include the recipient’s name, a reference or a contact path in the message, provided those fields are available to the Zap.

This connection is configured through Zapier. It does not suggest that IEX and Mobile Message update one another automatically. Instead, it gives your fulfilment or client service process a clear notification step attached to New Sends.

Yes. New Sends can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action through Zapier. The message can use available recipient and send fields to confirm the gift, provide context or direct the person to the next step.

Can an incoming SMS create an IEX gift send?

Yes, when the required gift and recipient information is available. Inbound SMS Received can trigger IEX’s Create Send action, allowing a received message to begin that workflow.
